There was no article on this page only a picture of a bunch of suns and a statement about the picture but I will do the best I can.
Summary:
Basically, this Penelope searched sun in a photo sharing site, such as Flickr, and then put them all together to make her piece of art. She did not give credit to anyone and her work has appeared in galleries now.
Reaction:
I think that it is a cool idea and she is totally not an example of misappropriated images. Penelope is using a picture that everyone has a million of anyways and it would be hard to tell which one is yours anyways. I think she took thousands of images and made them in to one gigantic cool image.
